Dear Alia National School Community,

With over 15 years of experience in the teaching and learning profession, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our shared mission of fostering academic excellence.

I hold double master’s degrees in English Language Arts and Special Education, along with a doctorate in Educational Management. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching English to ESL (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) CEFR levels, as well as being involved in curriculum design, development, and supervision.

I am particularly passionate about the learning process of students with special needs and have dedicated significant time to assessing their individual strengths and challenges. As an active member of the International Literacy Association (formerly known as International Reading Association), which sets the standard for how literacy is defined, taught, and evaluated worldwide, I am committed to promoting inclusive education within our community.
