About Mrs. Lone
Aisha Lone is an experienced and dedicated educational leader with a strong background in inclusive education, student support, and leadership in special educational needs (SEN). As Head of Inclusion and Learning Support & Student Affairs at Alia School, she is committed to ensuring that all students receive the guidance, accommodations, and support they need to thrive academically and personally.
With a career spanning over 25 years in international and independent schools, Aisha has held senior leadership positions in London and Dubai, including roles as Vice Principal, Headteacher, and SEN Consultant. She has extensive expertise in developing individualized education programs (IEPs), implementing inclusive learning strategies, and leading whole-school improvements in special education settings.
